Established here in the North End of New Bedford in 2011, we have a mediterranean cuisine with a mix of Portuguese, Spanish and American cuisine. Top shelf is where you can have a family dinner, catch a game with your friends, start your night or even end your night when there is entertainment. Our Goal is from the founder Robert J Afonso grew up in the restaurant business tried to create a little something for everyone whether it be a dish or cocktail. The concept our house is your house these four walls we have created a community atmosphere where everyone knows everyone and we take pride in our community we try to help as many organizations we can.
